Summary:
TETS is characterized by spontaneous Ca2+ oscillations and electrical burst discharges from neurons in vitro as recorded by FLIPR and MEA recordings. Pre-treatment by GABA receptor-postive modulators mitigated the TETS-induced changes.
Keywords: convulsant, mouse hippocampal neurons
